Job Description :1. Maintenance of 75% first line fix rate. 2. Call, Incident, Request and Desktop Management through logging, escalation and resolution using Service Now and remote support tools. 3. Raising accurate tickets In the CRM Tool (Service Now). 4. Assignment of calls/ requests/ incidents to internal and external support teams where calls cannot be fixed by the Service Desk. 5. Incident management encompassing incidents assigned to other support teams. 6. Setting customer expectation by allocating an appropriate priority to an incident.

Job Description :1. Troubleshoot all Level 1/ 2 Calls from customers. 2. Ensure consistent customer satisfaction. 3. Document all communication with customers in the CRM. 4. Notify / Discuss with TL / Manager on tickets that require assistance. 5. Timely handoff (escalation) of cases that require technical escalation to L3 TAC. 6. Plan and constantly work on upgrading tech and product expertise. 7. Contribute to the knowledge base/ Tech Forum.

Job Description :1. Extend technical support to Clients over email and phone.2. Provide Basic level troubleshooting.3. Responsible for the uptime of the various client projects being managed / monitored.4. Make sure that the tickets raised per shift are closed in the required time limits and if not escalated as per the escalation matrix defined.5. Raise and also update the tickets in CRM for all the issues handled / worked upon.6. Report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports.7. Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / commitments.8. Interaction with the clients worldwide via phone, email, etc.9.
